About the role

tarte™ is looking for enthusiastic senior students to join its New York office for a Fall 2026 Compliance Internship. You will gain hands‑on experience in regulatory and operational compliance while working alongside industry leaders in a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities across relevant operations departments.
• Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly compliance tasks.
• Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by tarte leaders.
• Collaborate with interns from other departments to complete an independent Capstone Project.

Required profile

• Current student at an accredited college or university (seniors preferred).
• Available to work on‑site in the New York City office during the fall semester.
• Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication abilities.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
