Facility Security Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Facility Security Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for SWX security programs, cleared‑personnel activities and compliance requirements. This part‑time position is based in Tampa, Florida and reports to the Senior Program Manager II while working under the guidance of the Corporate Facility Security Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of facility, personnel and operational security procedures.
• Maintain security‑related records, policies, procedures and training files in accordance with company and government requirements.
• Coordinate security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations and training for cleared personnel.
• Serve as administrative liaison with DCSA and other government security agencies.
• Prepare draft reports, status updates, metrics and briefing materials on security compliance.
• Assist with fact gathering and documentation for security inquiries, incidents or investigations.

Required profile

• Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years experience supporting classified security administration, personnel security or facility security.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and classified information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
