Facilities Quality & Compliance Analyst (Level 2)

About the role

The University of Miami/UHealth is seeking a full‑time Facilities Quality & Compliance Analyst 2 to work on the UHealth Medical Campus. The role involves complex data analysis, validation, and reporting of clinical quality and outcome measures required by external regulators such as CMS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and produce reports that measure clinical quality and outcome metrics.
• Collaborate with Credentialing and IT teams to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct detailed audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate corrective actions and improvement initiatives, maintaining compliance documentation.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance protocols and standards.
• Generate reports for meetings, projects, and committees and assist senior management with customized reporting.

Required profile

• Associate degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated learning agility, teamwork, technical proficiency with office software, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Any additional relevant education, certifications, or work experience may be considered.
