Facilities Maintenance Associate

About the role

REGENT is scaling its innovative Seaglider production and needs a hands‑on Facilities Maintenance Associate to keep three nearby facilities functional, organized, and safe. You will perform day‑to‑day repairs, move equipment, and support meetings and events, ensuring the work environment runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry, drywall, painting, mechanical repairs and routine maintenance across three locations.
• Assemble, move and set up furniture, equipment and AV gear for meetings, events and workspace reconfigurations.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address safety, cleanliness and maintenance issues before they grow.
• Track and resolve maintenance tickets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning) and coordinate with external contractors when needed.
• Support vendor activities, emergency equipment checks, and company‑wide safety drills.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on maintenance experience with common hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work actively throughout the day and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
• Safety‑first mindset and clear communication with employees, vendors and contractors.

Required skills

• Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical basics.
• Familiarity with furniture assembly and AV equipment setup.
• Use of facilities ticketing/tracking software.
• Valid driver’s license for inter‑site travel.
