Fabricator / White Room Operator – 6am‑2pm

About the role

Join a fast‑paced manufacturing team where you will operate press equipment, handle and clean molds, trim and package finished parts, and help move products from start to shipment. The position runs Monday‑Friday, 6 am‑2 pm, and offers a hands‑on environment for those with press‑operation or packaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform assignments on Punch Presses, Platen Press, Samco Press, or Stress Saver Press.
• Install, adjust, and maintain dies and machinery for safe, efficient operation.
• Operate hydraulic mechanical presses, monitor pressure, temperature, and lubricating systems, and make adjustments as needed.
• Remove finished molded pieces, trim, stack, and package parts.
• Run warming ovens according to work instructions.
• Transport molds between press lines and cleaning areas, disassemble and reassemble molds.
• Load cleaning ingredients, operate media‑blaster cleaning equipment, and ensure molds return to production promptly.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with press operations, manufacturing, packaging, or shipping systems.
• Ability to work the 6 am‑2 pm shift, Monday‑Friday.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle molds and finished parts.

Required skills

• Operation of hydraulic/mechanical presses (Punch, Platen, Samco, Stress Saver).
• Mold handling, cleaning, and reassembly.
• Use of media‑blaster cleaning equipment.
• Reading and interpreting pressure, temperature, and lubrication gauges.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and safety compliance.
