Express Service Plus Consultant

About the role

MSX International, a partner to vehicle manufacturers, retailers and mobility organizations for more than 30 years, is hiring a full-time Express Service Plus Consultant. The role covers consulting on the Advanced Express Service Plus Program, dealership staff training, in-person follow-up support and reporting, while improving dealership processes such as customer greeting, workshop scheduling, repair processes, quality control and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct successful assessment, installation and sustainment consultations of the Advanced Express Service Plus Program
• Deliver dealership staff training and provide in-person follow-up support
• Complete contact reporting and field detail reports, including communication logs, on time
• Submit weekly expense reports
• Keep consistent contact with OEM national and regional personnel and communicate on dealer milestones
• Analyze dealer financial and operational data to build improvement action plans and implement service advisor selling systems
• Establish metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI
• Influence key dealer personnel and service department staff in training and monitor results
• Travel up to 80% of the time and keep a client-desired calendar efficient

Required profile

• Minimum 7-10 years of aftermarket experience (e.g., Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, fast oil change); retail tire store management experience preferred
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong customer relationship, communication and facilitation skills, able to work in a field environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Excel
• Proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment
• Ability to train and use automotive tire sales and automotive service sales
