About the role

The MKTG Experiential Brand Staff works on special and elevated events, educating consumers about high‑profile brands. Candidates must be 21+, have a driver’s license, transportation, and be able to work flexible schedules at $35 per hour.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage and educate consumers at events, providing product knowledge and sampling where legal.
  • Follow all Covid‑19 safety standards and responsible server guidelines.
  • Complete digital training and brand exams, and present a final 2‑3 minute brand presentation.
  • Arrive on time in appropriate attire, handle promotional materials, and use company‑issued debit card for bar spend.
  • Take event photos, contribute to social media, and submit post‑event recaps.
  • Maintain appearance, care for company property, and report competitive activity.

Required profile

  • Outgoing, personable, and able to build trust with consumers.
  • Reliable, able to stand/walk for long periods and carry heavy trays or boxes.
  • Must be 21 years old, have prior promotional/marketing experience, a valid US driver’s license, and personal transportation.
