Email & SMS Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Twin Health is looking for an analytical Email & SMS Specialist to lead campaign execution and conversion optimisation across its direct digital acquisition channels. This full‑time remote position will own lifecycle communications, improve inbox deliverability and launch a compliant SMS programme.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Braze platform daily – schedule campaigns, manage segmentation, set up creatives and cadence.
• Design, launch and maintain the company’s first direct SMS messaging program in line with TCPA compliance.
• Monitor and optimise sender domain reputation, inbox placement and resolve deliverability issues.
• Plan and execute multi‑variable A/B tests on subject lines, content formats and audience segments.
• Document segmentation rules, performance metrics and attribution links within Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years hands‑on experience in email marketing automation and digital direct response.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and list hygiene.
• Experience with TCPA compliance and healthcare/digital‑health regulatory frameworks.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Braze (or equivalent ESP/CDP platform).
• Salesforce CRM experience.
• SQL or comparable analytical tools.
• Familiarity with AI content‑generation tools (advantageous).
