Experienced Service Advisor – $65k-$100k

About the role

Honda of Harvey is expanding its service department and seeks an experienced Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring vehicles receive the care recommended by the manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately record service needs.
• Communicate service recommendations based on inspection results and service history.
• Create and verify repair orders, including supporting documentation for warranty claims.
• Serve as the point of contact between technicians and customers throughout the service process.
• Inspect completed work to confirm quality before vehicle return.
• Assist in achieving department goals by promoting labor, parts, and accessories sales.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational abilities.
• Technical certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
