Experienced Service Advisor – $65k-$100k

About the role

Honda of Harvey is expanding its service department and seeks an experienced Service Advisor to deliver high-quality customer service and drive service sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walk-around inspections of customer vehicles, identify and communicate service needs.
• Create and verify repair orders with accurate vehicle and client information.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service requirements and act as the liaison between technicians and owners.
• Review service history and multi-point inspection results, recommend appropriate maintenance.
• Process warranty documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Support department goals by promoting labor, parts, and accessory sales.
• Inspect completed work before vehicle return and perform vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Maintain product knowledge through on-the-job training and manufacturer certifications.

Required profile

• Outgoing, friendly personality with professional appearance.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Technical certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
