Experienced Pool Technician

About the role

Platinum Pool Service, a family‑owned leader in residential pool care, is seeking a skilled Pool Technician to perform hands‑on maintenance, diagnostics, and minor repairs for both residential and commercial pools.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Install new pool equipment
• Communicate issues and repairs clearly to customers
• Document service visits and keep accurate records
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle
• Mentor and support other team members

Required profile

• 3+ years of pool maintenance experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and solid work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license

• Pump, filter, heater, and automation system troubleshooting
