Experienced McDonald's General Manager – Full‑time

About the role

RC Management, LLC, a franchisee operating McDonald’s restaurants across Maine, is seeking seasoned General Managers to lead high‑volume locations. You will be responsible for delivering profitable operations while upholding McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive restaurant profitability and meet performance targets.
• Maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead and coach a team of Department Managers (People, Kitchen, Guest Services) to achieve their goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of Department and Shift Managers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set and execute restaurant goals.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality environments.
• Strong track record of achieving financial and operational objectives.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
