About the role
The University of Miami Health System is seeking experienced Intensive Care Registered Nurses to join its Medical, Surgical, Neuro, and Cardiovascular ICU teams. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to provide high‑quality patient care in a leading academic medical center.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU settings.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred (ASN acceptable with a two‑year BSN completion plan).
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum two years of critical‑care nursing experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
