Executive Support Services / Field Engineer

About the role

Associated Bank is looking for an Executive Support Services / Field Engineer to act as a trusted technology partner to executive leaders. The role provides responsive support and resolves complex workplace technology issues, leads high-visibility technology deployments, coordinates with technical teams and vendors, and helps ensure a reliable technology experience with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Support executive leaders with responsive technology assistance, covering readiness, device support and collaboration tools.
• Resolve complex endpoint, communication, collaboration and workplace technology issues with sound technical judgment and discretion.
• Lead technology deployments, equipment refreshes, office moves and lifecycle initiatives from planning through stabilization.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Information Security, application teams and vendors to deliver timely solutions.
• Communicate clearly with executives and technology partners on high-priority issues and projects.
• Identify recurring technology issues and partner with teams to improve reliability and prevent future disruptions.
• Maintain a high-touch support experience focused on responsiveness, professionalism, discretion and follow-through.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in Computer/Network Servicing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years troubleshooting, repairing and supporting endpoint and workplace technologies (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conference room equipment, collaboration tools).
• 6+ years supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, productivity tools and network and communication technologies.
• 6+ years supporting senior and executive leaders in time-sensitive or high-visibility situations.
• 6+ years coordinating technology deployments, lifecycle activities, vendors, technical documentation and project or workflow activities.
• Preferred: experience as a senior technical escalation point or field engineering resource, supporting executive technology environments in a large or regulated organization, and leading complex deployments, office moves or equipment refreshes.
