Executive Recruiter – Midtown NYC

About the role

Green Key Resources is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join its Midtown NYC office. The position blends account management with full‑cycle recruiting across finance, accounting, technology, life sciences, legal and other verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and long‑term partnership growth.
• Source, cold‑call, and recruit both active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications from sales resumes to match client needs.
• Provide consultative guidance on hiring trends, talent availability and workforce planning.
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
• Strong industry knowledge and ability to discuss relevant skills and companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
