Executive Director, Strategic Initiatives

About the role

The Executive Director, Strategic Initiatives partners with the Office of the Chief of Staff to the CTO, providing strategic support for the planning, execution, and tracking of high‑impact technology and data initiatives. This senior leader ensures alignment across functions, prepares executive‑level materials, and drives business transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Staff in defining, prioritising, and monitoring strategic initiatives across the Tech, Data & Analytics organization.
• Act as a de‑facto PMO for key programmes, collaborating with initiative owners to design implementation plans and deployment schedules.
• Develop integrated communication materials for the CTO, Executive Team, Board of Directors, and broader stakeholder groups.
• Identify cross‑team synergies, best practices, and opportunities to streamline execution.
• Prepare and manage the TD&A Leadership Team calendar, scorecard, and related reporting artifacts.

• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to convey strategic priorities.
