About the role
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) supports the CHRO of Cartier North America with high‑level administrative and operational duties. Acting as a trusted partner, the role requires proactive planning, confidentiality, and seamless interaction with senior leaders across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate and resolve potential scheduling conflicts, ensuring the CHRO’s calendar is optimized for flexibility.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare expense reports, and welcome visitors professionally.
- Plan and execute domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and handling all bookings.
- Identify and implement process improvements for administrative workflows.
- Create, edit, and format presentations, spreadsheets, and documents for executive review.
- Lead ad‑hoc HR projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with CHRO priorities.
- Prioritize and manage team requests, providing solutions that support the CHRO’s objectives.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications to organize company‑wide and local events, including executive engagements.
- Support team engagement activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, and recognitions.
- Maintain confidential relationships with HR stakeholders across Cartier and Richemont, acting as a discreet point of contact.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with global colleagues and partners.
