About the role
The Executive Assistant provides direct support to the CEO and Partner, managing calendars, travel, and communications across four offices. This role ensures smooth daily operations and acts as a liaison between departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars for the CEO and Partner, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate catering.
- Maintain a master Outlook global activity calendar and agency-wide activity calendars for four locations.
- Prepare expense reports, book flights and hotels, and oversee travel logistics.
- Coordinate media relations events and project budgets in line with finance protocols.
- Handle agency news, departmental communications, and train new employees on procedures.
- Maintain organization-wide documents, manage subscription accounts, and support facilities projects.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and general administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Interest in fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time‑management, and detail‑orientation.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year (based on a 40‑hour work week).
