Executive Assistant – Support Executive Team

About the role

TensorWave is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its executive team during a rapid growth phase. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners, ensuring the leadership stays organized and focused on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities for the executive team.
• Coordinate high‑impact internal and external meetings with investors, partners, and customers.
• Draft emails, prepare briefing materials, and handle follow‑ups.
• Maintain organization of key initiatives and ensure leadership stays on top of priorities.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support planning for company‑wide events and off‑sites.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or chief of staff, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive information.
• “No job too small” attitude and eagerness to help wherever needed.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
