Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to multiple members of the Senior Leadership Team at Wingstop’s Global Support Center in Dallas. This role ensures seamless communication, manages complex schedules, and handles confidential information to keep senior leaders focused on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate active calendars for senior leaders, ensuring appointments are respected and conflicts are avoided.
• Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, reports, and handle confidential information requests.
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including meeting documents and on‑site logistics.
• Facilitate communication between senior offices, internal teams, and external partners.
• Support Board meetings: schedule, prepare materials, take minutes, distribute follow‑up and respond to inquiries.
• Process expense reports and travel reimbursements.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, drive projects to completion with urgency, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, editing, and research abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
