About the role
Hermeus is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small group of senior executives. In this role you will own calendars, coordinate travel, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping the leadership team focus on delivering the world’s fastest aircraft.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars for 2‑3 senior executives.
- Respond to internal and external meeting requests and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related correspondence, including international travel.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external guests and coordinate executive‑level meetings.
- Plan and host external meetings, ensuring security‑clearance requirements are met.
- Prepare and process monthly expense reports for executives.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 + years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a proven track record of multitasking.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Willingness to work onsite in Washington, DC at least one day per week and travel to LA, Atlanta, or DC as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
