Event Producer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to design and deliver memorable member experiences at our upscale club. The role blends creative strategy, production expertise, and hospitality insight to craft events that resonate long after they end.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a year‑round calendar of original programming that fosters connection and community.
• Identify emerging cultural trends and collaborate with chefs, artists, musicians, speakers, wellness practitioners, and designers.
• Lead each event from concept through post‑event analysis, creating timelines, run‑of‑show documents, staffing plans, and operational briefs.
• Manage multiple simultaneous events while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Serve as on‑site producer, ensuring seamless execution and intentional guest experiences.
• Negotiate vendor agreements, oversee budgets, and maintain high quality standards.
• Build authentic relationships with members to understand their interests and tailor experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing events in a hospitality or club environment.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate trends into compelling concepts.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as Membership, Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Operations.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
