About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention at the Rise Nocatee community. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑ins, creates resident programs, and helps market the community.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, provide tours as needed, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
- Maintain guest suite schedules, oversee loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensure cleanliness.
- Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
- Prepare amenities for tours and resident use.
- Develop, execute, and assess innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services; build relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
- Monitor the Lifestyle email account, respond promptly, and create marketing communications for events and programs.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced community environment.
- Proactive communication style and willingness to collaborate with team members.
