Event Director, Luxury and Timepieces

About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded Event Director to lead our Luxury and Timepieces events. This senior role owns event strategy, commercial performance, and customer experience from planning through post‑event evaluation, shaping the future of both events by building strong industry relationships and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set and deliver strategy for Luxury and Timepieces, supporting growth, customer value, and a distinctive market position.
• Grow Timepieces by attracting watch brands, expanding participation, and creating a compelling destination.
• Maintain Luxury’s standards for curation, hospitality, quality, and security.
• Own the events’ P&L, budgets, forecasts, performance reviews, and hotel block planning.
• Partner with sales, marketing, operations, registration, and other teams to deliver clear priorities, timelines, and accountability.

Required profile

• Experience leading and growing a B2B event, business, or product with accountability for commercial results and customer experience.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment, including budgets, forecasts, and P&L management.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to set strategy and lead delivery through cross‑functional teams.
