About the role

The Event Day Attendant reports to the General Manager and primarily assists with event day duties at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheater in Chula Vista. The position involves hands-on support during events, including clocking, uniform handling and set-up and breakdown.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist employees in clocking in and clocking out.
  • Help direct employees, temporary workers and NPOs to their assigned locations.
  • Launder, organize and distribute uniforms, and collect them at the end of the event.
  • Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meals and other areas as needed.
  • Ensure all associates follow safety protocols.
  • Support any other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

  • Able to work long periods on feet, with constant standing, walking and lifting.
  • Able to stay calm under stress.
  • Able to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to listen well and take direction from a supervisor.

Pay rate: $18 per hour.
