Event Consultant

About the role

Bright Event Rentals is seeking an enthusiastic Event Consultant to be the primary point of contact for clients renting event products and services. You will guide customers through the rental process, provide expert recommendations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and in‑person.
• Schedule and host showroom appointments with clients.
• Enter rental orders accurately into the reservation system.
• Recommend items for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
• Answer client questions about pricing, availability, and product options.
• Communicate with Sales and Operations teams to confirm product availability and resolve discrepancies.
• Support Event Directors with changes, updates, or last‑minute client needs.
• Accurately bill and track client orders.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus.
• Tech‑savvy with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• Weekend availability and reliable commute to the Los Angeles location.
• Spanish‑speaking is valued but not required.
