About the role
Join BETA Technologies as an Evening Cleaning Specialist, supporting a clean and safe environment for advanced manufacturing, R&D labs, and office spaces. This position works the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain manufacturing floors, R&D labs, offices, and shared spaces.
- Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas while following safety protocols.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces to professional standards.
- Remove waste and recyclables safely and restock supplies.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Reliability, consistent attendance, and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to a safe and respectful workplace.
