About the role
The Escrow Funder performs key accounting tasks to support the Escrow operations of Executive Title Agency. The role is based in Houston and is full time.
Key responsibilities
- Review closing invoices for accuracy.
- Analyze files for discrepancies before disbursement and locate funds from the bank and receipt them into the file.
- Accurately disburse a high volume of closings once funded and balance funds on each closing transaction.
- Verify all incoming and outgoing wire information and release outgoing wires.
- Prepare the daily accounting log and review the outstanding check log.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant escrow experience.
Required skills
- Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
