Escrow Assistant – North Dallas Office

About the role

We are seeking an Escrow Assistant for our North Dallas office to support real‑estate transactions. You will work closely with the Escrow Officer and customers to ensure smooth closings for both residential and commercial sales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of information needed to finalize home sales.
• Handle front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding tasks as required.
• Read contracts, commitments, and orders, and assemble necessary closing documents.
• Maintain files, record documentation, issue checks after closing, and transmit documents to lenders.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to external clients and internal team members.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, well‑organized with a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and a solution‑focused mindset.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of escrow experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Not a work‑from‑home position.

Required skills

• RamQuest system (preferred).
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
