Equity Trader – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Equity Trader to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. You will use your market knowledge and analytical expertise to assess AI responses, identify gaps, and improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your professional experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Generate diverse, difficult problems for AI chatbots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong financial analysis, modeling, and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be located in the United States and able to work independently as a contractor.
