Equity Partner – Remote

About the role

Onside Capital is seeking a full‑time remote Equity Partner to drive its real‑estate investment strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to source, evaluate, and execute high‑potential multifamily and income‑producing assets across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess new investment opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct financial modeling, acquisition analysis, and due‑diligence.
• Raise equity capital and build strategic partnerships with investors.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance and reporting.
• Manage investor relations and communication.
• Perform market research and data interpretation to inform strategy.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the firm’s portfolio roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in market research and data interpretation.
• Experience in real‑estate investment and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for investor interactions.
• Proven ability to negotiate and structure deals effectively.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and high organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CFA, CAIA) a plus.
• Prior experience in real‑estate investment or private equity strongly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working remotely.
