Equity Compensation Analyst

About the role

Join 3M as an Equity Compensation Analyst and work with innovative colleagues worldwide. You will support global equity plans, ensuring accurate processing and administration while contributing to a collaborative, curiosity‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily equity transaction processing, including vesting, exercises, and related activities.
• Administer the monthly employee stock purchase plan globally.
• Coordinate quarterly dividend processing and maintain accurate records.
• Support stock administration activities such as granting and vesting events.
• Maintain Fidelity’s equity administration system, updating employee data, validating transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage escalations via Salesforce from global service centers, HR, or employees.
• Update and maintain stock plan communication materials, procedures, and reference documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed before start date.
• Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work onsite at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN at least four days per week.
• Ability to handle accounting, tax, finance, and legal concepts related to equity compensation.
