Epic Clinical AI Documentation Reviewer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to evaluate and improve AI‑powered clinical documentation solutions. In this remote position you will review AI‑generated clinical notes, assess their quality and usability, and provide actionable feedback to enhance AI tools used in clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance.
• Assess the structure, quality, and usability of AI‑generated patient notes.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and workflow‑related issues.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve AI outputs and user experience.
• Evaluate integration of AI documentation tools into real‑world clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to support improvement initiatives.
• Participate in discussions on documentation quality, physician usability, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure clinical documentation aligns with healthcare standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Licensed healthcare professional (MD/DO, NP, PA, RN, or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with ambient AI solutions, AI medical scribes, or AI‑assisted documentation tools.
• Experience reviewing, validating, or editing AI‑generated clinical notes.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and healthcare workflows.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
