Epic Analyst – MyChart (Healthcare IT)

About the role

The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) is seeking a full‑time Epic Analyst focused on MyChart. The analyst will work closely with end‑users, trainers, and the application team to ensure the MyChart platform is configured, functional, and aligned with clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for MyChart end‑users, identifying and resolving issues.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain MyChart configurations and related workflows.
• Support testing phases, document workflow designs, and validate impacts on clinical processes.
• Evaluate service tickets, implement requested changes, and retrieve data promptly.
• Collaborate with trainers to create documentation and training strategies for new features.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, committee meetings, and weekly project team updates.
• Maintain knowledge of UHealth policies, procedures, and business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Epic MyChart certification.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, lead and train others, and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to the university’s core values.
