Environmental Services Associate

About the role

The Environmental Services Associate ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for participants and staff at Habitat Health’s PACE center in Compton. This onsite role focuses on routine cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance to support the overall health‑care experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all assigned areas.
• Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to guidelines.
• Wash windows, walls, mirrors, and perform periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing.
• Identify and report hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and uphold environment‑of‑care standards.
