Levin’s Associate Academy offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into technology recruitment. As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant you will receive structured training, hands‑on coaching and a clear performance‑based progression path, with uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build relationships with senior technology executives and hiring leaders.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, CRM tools, market mapping and phone outreach.
• Provide market insight, coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop commercial skills in business development, negotiation and account management.

Required profile

• Recent or upcoming graduate (Classes of 2023‑2026) eager to start a career in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by clear goals.
