Entry-Level Groundskeeper for Luxury Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Groundskeeper to join the team at Cooper George, a newly renovated 13‑story luxury apartment community in Spokane’s medical district. You will help maintain the property’s curb appeal and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect community spaces, entrances, and exits daily.
• Remove debris, clean outdoor areas, and keep landscaping tidy.
• Assist the property team by clearing trash and items from vacant units before make‑ready.
• Pull out and replace trash and recycling containers on scheduled pickup days.
• Maintain sanitation in trash rooms and distribute resident notices as needed.

Required profile

• Previous groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
