About the role
This is a remote, independent contractor position focused on recruiting and placing CDL drivers with motor carriers. Recruiters manage their own workflow and are paid per successful placement, with typical weekly earnings ranging from $800 to $1,500+.
Key responsibilities
- Source and communicate with CDL driver applicants
- Conduct screening and qualification of candidates
- Submit qualified drivers to carriers
- Maintain follow‑ups and placement records
- Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email
Required profile
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Self‑directed, dependable work style with consistent daily outreach
- Prior recruiting or driver recruiting experience preferred, though entry‑level applicants are considered based on reliability and work ethic
