Entry Level Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level engineer to support design, development and testing activities across our projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to help bring concepts to production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with engineering design, development, testing and implementation tasks.
• Support senior engineers and project teams with technical assignments and coordination.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Conduct research, testing and validation of engineering concepts and systems.
• Help evaluate, install and commission equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, quality and other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements and industry regulations.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
• Internship, co‑op or hands‑on project experience is preferred.
