Supply Engineering Team Lead

About the role

Crystalia Glass is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeks an experienced leader to scale operations, optimise procurement processes and manage a high‑performing team of four engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate glass orders, plan inventory, review technical drawings and ensure material availability for production.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, engineers and installation teams to support engineering changes and procurement planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Supply Engineering team, assign tasks, monitor deadlines and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of procurement or supply‑chain experience in glass, glazing systems or related industries.
• 3+ years of people‑management experience leading procurement or sourcing teams.
• Proven ability to build or scale a procurement function, including processes, KPIs and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with international suppliers, logistics, import/export and cross‑border procurement.
• Fluent English (Russian a plus) and ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
