About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Data Visualization Specialist to join our remote‑first team. In this entry‑level position you will turn complex datasets into clear, compelling dashboards that help business stakeholders make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visual analytics for business and operations teams.
• Translate complex datasets into engaging visual narratives.
• Maintain and improve BI dashboards, templates, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability in all visual outputs.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and create visuals for presentations and strategic initiatives.
• Document visualization standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience (including internships) in data visualization, BI development, or data analysis.
• Strong design sense with the ability to create user‑friendly dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first environment.
• Fluent English and legal authorization to work full‑time in the United States.
