Entry-Level Counsel – Renewable Energy

About the role

Dimension Energy is seeking an entry‑level Counsel to join its growing legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support the company’s legal needs across the development, construction, and financing of community solar projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and documentation related to solar project development, construction, and financing.
• Support compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to contractual covenants and legal requirements.
• Maintain direct communication with internal stakeholders and manage day‑to‑day transactional work.
• Conduct legal due diligence, research, and provide guidance on risk mitigation.
• Assist with dispute and litigation management in coordination with external counsel when needed.
