About the role
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated individuals for an entry‑level construction sales position. The role involves connecting with new clients, promoting top‑rated remodeling products and services, and delivering face‑to‑face presentations.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with new clients and set inspection appointments
- Promote top‑rated products and services
- Engage customers through face‑to‑face presentations
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen skills
Required profile
- 18 years or older; no prior experience or education required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident, motivated, and eager to grow
- Flexible schedule: weekdays (11–7) and four weekend days per month

- Hourly base pay plus bonuses with $65K–$135K+ annual earning potential
