Entry-Level Associate Consultant (Recruitment)

About the role

Join Lumicity as an Associate Consultant and launch an elite sales‑focused recruitment career. Based in downtown Chicago, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates across highly specialized technical markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking and market mapping.
• Consult with hiring managers on talent strategy, negotiate recruitment agreements and drive business development.
• Source, engage and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate coaching and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and build expertise in an assigned technical market.

Required profile

• Highly competitive, performance‑driven and financially motivated.
• Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and can handle a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Coachable, eager to learn and resilient in the face of challenges.
• Previous experience in sales, athletics, hospitality, customer service or leadership roles is highly transferable.
