Entertainment Coordinator

About the role
The Entertainment Coordinator supports the Vice President and the Entertainment leadership team by managing day‑to‑day shoreside operations and ensuring consistent execution of initiatives across shoreside and shipboard partners. This role acts as a communication hub, handling newsletters, goal‑setting sessions, and SharePoint access for a large internal audience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, calendars, meeting materials, and complex travel logistics for the Vice President.
- Publish department communications, newsletters, rollout schedules, organizational charts, and distribution lists.
- Organise department meetings, workshops, and events, handling agendas, facilities, catering, RSVPs, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support, including IT/service requests, office equipment, conference room scheduling, and supply inventory.
- Serve as Floor Captain, auditing cubicle assignments and managing hoteling space.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures, onboarding materials, and travel & expense processes.
- Collect, consolidate, and prepare reports, research, and presentations for leadership decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leaders.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting newsletters and leadership communications.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience supporting onboarding, office operations, and event planning.
