Enterprise Strategy Leader - Clinical Data

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Strategy Leader to grow its Clinical Data business with leading pharmaceutical companies. The role focuses on driving market strategy, adoption, and customer success for Vault Clinical Data, which includes Electronic Data Capture and Data Quality System solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and sustain the customer base for Clinical Data.
• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision for sponsors.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within and adjacent to Clinical Data.
• Leverage professional networks to assist with adoption.
• Create value‑oriented materials for sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support to drive product adoption.
• Guide product teams on new or enhanced Clinical Data features.
• Stay current with industry trends and address customer business challenges.
• Present at conferences, lead webinars, and author industry articles.
• Execute other special Clinical Data projects as assigned.

Required profile

• 10+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company in a customer‑facing role, preferably in sales or product positioning.
• Industry data management and/or consulting experience.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of clinical data industry trends and global product development.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations.
