Enterprise Solutions Engineer – Central

About the role

Oak is building an AI‑native Identity Operating System and needs a seasoned Solutions Engineer to act as the technical backbone of its sales motion. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate Oak’s platform to CISOs, IAM engineers, and compliance leaders at large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery calls to map prospect identity stacks across on‑prem, cloud, SaaS and custom applications.
• Deliver customized product demos that showcase Oak’s identity graph, live access reviews, JIT requests and lifecycle management for humans, machines and AI agents.
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) that validate the platform’s impact.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires with accurate technical content.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to shape technical messaging and remove deal blockers.
• Provide product and engineering teams with feedback gathered from prospects and customers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, PAM or related fields.
• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts such as joiner‑mover‑leaver (JML), access reviews and privileged access management.
• Proven ability to run demos, build POVs and handle complex technical questions.
