Enterprise Solutions Architect - AI & Automation

About the role

Epsilon, a global leader in data and identity within Publicis Groupe, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to own the design and delivery of next-generation business solutions built on Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AI and enterprise application platforms. The role defines end-to-end transformation strategies that connect client team core systems and partners with delivery teams, product teams, engineering, client teams, security and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Define target-state solution architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy and measurable business outcomes
• Drive automation and tooling decisions using standards, reference architectures, governance and industry processes
• Translate business challenges into roadmaps, target-state architectures and sequenced implementation plans
• Identify and prioritize AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic workflows, analytics and intelligent automation opportunities
• Design reusable architectures for enterprise AI, process orchestration, knowledge access, decision support and predictive insights, with human oversight, security, privacy and responsible AI controls
• Lead multi-functional initiatives, run discovery sessions and workshops, and communicate complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology strategy or business transformation
• Experience leading complex, multi-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation
• Ability to influence senior collaborators and make evidence-based architecture recommendations

Required skills

• Business process design, capability modeling, data architecture, APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architecture and cloud-native solutions
• Preferred: enterprise AI, ML and generative AI solutions; CRM, loyalty and marketing platforms; Databricks, Azure data services, N8N, Amazon Q, Kiro, master data management, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot
