About the role

Kelly is seeking an Enterprise Senior Sales Consultant to drive new business for Kelly Education across the United States. This remote position focuses on building relationships with schools, districts, and other educational organizations, delivering tailored staffing solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and secure new business relationships within the education sector.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from qualification to closing—while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Design customized staffing solutions for schools and districts.
• Present Kelly Education’s services, value propositions, and staffing options to prospective clients.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in educational institutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in education or staffing.
• Track record of selling complex solutions in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of the educational landscape and staffing trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑starter capable of managing a pipeline and working independently.
• Willingness to travel 60% or more for client meetings and conferences.
