Enrollment Services Specialist – Admissions

About the role

The Enrollment Services Specialist supports student admissions and acceptance processes at Central Georgia Technical College’s Milledgeville campus. You will act as a key point of contact for prospective students, ensuring smooth application handling and accurate enrollment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Process student admission applications, prepare files, and interpret transcripts.
• Conduct information sessions and recruitment visits to high schools and career fairs.
• Respond to admissions inquiries via email, chat, phone, and in‑person.
• Assist faculty with admissions‑related student issues and support early registration periods.
• Maintain inventory of admissions materials and support college information fairs.
• Travel to other CGTC locations as needed and complete required trainings.

Required profile

• Knowledge of post‑secondary vocational education mission and TCSG admission policies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to make informed acceptance decisions based on transcript analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Target X CRM.
• Competent use of standard office software and computer systems.
